The Samaritan Counseling Center is a nonprofit, faith-based counseling service that since 1973 has been serving the communities of Upland, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, Montclair, Chino, and Chino Hills California.
Our Mission: Providing professional, faith-based counseling and educational services that facilitate healing, hope and forgiveness.
Our organization is fully accredited through the Samaritan Institute.
Our diverse staff of caring and professional Counselors and Behavioral Specialists have Master's or Doctoral level training and provide the effective counseling that our clients need to improve their emotional, relational and mental well being.

The Samaritan Counseling Center is supported largely through client fees and some approved health plans.
Reduced fees are available based on family size and income.
